We maintain client confidentiality by limiting access to participant information and using it only for service coordination and evaluation. We collect information directly related to employment support, such as contact details, job status, and specific barriers to work. Information is stored in secure online files accessible only to staff involved in the program.

When we communicate with employers or partners, we share only what is necessary to support the participant’s job success and focus on practical needs and accommodations.
